Free Dissociative Identity Disorder Support Group

Meet peers who have DID/OSDD, give and share support and wisdom about how to navigate being a system, and develop a sense of community and belonging in this facilitated group! We start with a grounding or mindfulness exercise, do a brief check-in, move on to shares and feedback, and close with a check-out and grounding activity. This is a respectful, inclusive space, where all parts are welcome. Regular attendance helps members develop a sense of safety and consistency, and members are encouraged to bring their own ideas for grounding. Bring your own comfort items, grounding tools, or journal. We meet in person every other Tuesday from 5:45-7. Reach out to set up a free intake to talk more about your interest in the group and whether it would be a fit for your needs.

Reach out to set up a free intake to talk more about your teen, and then I’ll meet with your teen to discuss their interest in the group.

Early Career Consult Group

Connect with other pre-licensed and newly licensed clinicians and explore your work with severe and complex cases from a trauma-informed psychoanalytic lens. We focus on the sort of patients that engage and push us beyond where we think we can go, such as cases of eating disorders, suicidality, dissociative identity disorder, or psychosis.

We explore our most difficult cases together, through case presentations and readings. The structure is guided by the group's interests and what kind of severe or treatment-resistant cases participants have in their caseloads. Readings include material ranging from Ferenczi, Steiner, and Searles to contemporary authors like Anne Alvarez, Dwani Shah, and Hayuta Gurevich, and we try to choose readings and cases that complement one another for an integrated approach.

To apply to join, reach out with a short description of your background and current caseload, and we can then set up a time to speak more about your clinical interests and the group.
